(1) Fill out our assessment form in order to help us provide guidance (2) those who communicate with us via e-mail, and (3) those who provide it on our Use, Abuse, or Addiction quiz.
The information we collect is used to:
(1) Provide our addiction counselors with detail about the addict so that we may provide personalized assistance and
(2) is not shared with any other organization, nor is any information sold or bartered.

With respect to cookies:
(1) We do not use cookies.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us to follow up on the status of the addiction problem.
